Completed application packages are due by 4:30 PM on February 28th, 2025.
All applications must be picked up by the person who will be applying, no exceptions!

A hot breakfast will be served and the shotgun start will be at 8:45 AM.
A chicken/steak dinner will be provided as well as door prizes after the outing.

Cost for a foursome is $300.
