To begin your application process, you will watch a video and complete a questionnaire. 

To avoid having to watch the video and fill out the questionnaire again, please make sure you have the following documents ready to upload before you proceed:

1. A copy of your high school diploma (if your Graduation Date is NOT on your high school transcript) or GED equivalent
2. A copy of your high school transcript of classes and grades
3. A copy of your birth certificate
4. A copy of your valid driver's license
5. A copy of your DD-214 (if applicable)
